The 40 pound tube with handles is a staple that I use. It is very easy to take off and change with another tube. It’s well made also. I have several brands of resistance bands and handles, and Lifeline is my favorite.

Bought the 50 lbs band about a month ago and I love it! Very durable and strong! Not only does it give me a good workout but it’s so easy to put away and take with you wherever you go!

I measured the weight rating as per the stretch rating and it was short of what they state and that was measured on a vary accurate load cell. Other than that it seems okay so far. We'll see how long it lasts stretching it farther to get the 70lb rating.

Excellent set of resistance bands. They are very well constructed and durable. I really like the flexibility of the max flex handles and the added challenge of the 4 ft cable.

I have never worked out with bands before, I was kinda skeptical, but I actually really like them. But I'm still missing the gym :/
