I never leave it plugged in because it does get crazy hot and the wiring smells a little. Owned it for over a year and it's easy to clean and use.

Although I always read reviews I did not want to accept users of this sauna blanket was getting burned as bad as they were. I figured it was a fluke or someone may have turned it up too high. Well, let me tell you - I have the scars to prove this thing is dangerous if you do not be careful! The sad thing is I did not realize I was getting burned. At times when I was getting hot I just re-positioned but you can barely move in this thing. I figured it just had a few hot spots. When I learned I was burned it was too late. My skin had blistered and burst open. I was appalled at how I would have to live with these scars and in the place the scars were located! My beautiful skin now has long scars I have to explain to medical professionals - it's just sad. IMO you'd be better off getting a portable steam sauna than this sauna blanket. It's not worth getting burned and the benefits of a sauna can be realized in a safer system than this one. Please, learn from me - find something else if you want the home sauna experience. I no longer use this sauna blanket. It's sitting in a corner - and a waste of money because I refuse to give it away or give it to Good will. I'd be putting someone else in danger if I didn't just throw this in the trash. Don't buy this, please.

Its coming apart at the zipper part and I have only used it total of 4 times so far since I had it. The remote gets hot like it will explode. I stop using it since felt that. It is good to an extend but. I wouldnt recommend if you in fear of fire and it easily rips.

This is both convenient and inconvenient. Convenient in that it’s the best alternative vs having an entire setup (the one you sit in) Inconvenient that you have to clean each time you use it. I love using it though. Very relaxing

This is my first sauna blanket. It’s okay but there are spots that never get warm and other spots that get really hot. I can lay in it with long sleeves, pants and socks at 160 degrees for 45 minutes and barely start sweating. My heart rate might increase by around 10 beats per minute. It is relaxing but I think I would be happier if it didn’t have the uneven heat distribution. The controller gets really hot to touch sometimes which is concerning. The zippers work ok but not incredibly smooth. I don’t see how this would help a person burn 500-600 calories in an hour. My main intention for using is to help sweat out toxins, relax sore muscles, and improve sleep quality. I’ve not noticed a difference in my sleep.

Woke up with a bad back, got into this for 20 minutes on 130 degrees and got out feeling great! There are a few things that make it a little tiresome: where to put it was my #1. I finally put it on one side of the king bed with poly filled pillows underneath to protect the foam rubber mattress. I cover it with the bedspread and it is OK looking. #2. I find it a little difficult to get into but I am new to it, and the cords seem to be in the wrong place, so I use an extension cord and it helped. #3 It does not melt belly fat! My friend told me it did! #4. Don't think to get in it or don't have the time but when I do it is great! in fact I think I am going to get one for my daughter who has rheumatoid arthritis to see if it helps her.

The BioRemedy Sauna Wrap is easy to use, the zippers work well and are sturdy. It is made of quality material and heats up quickly. The controller is simple to operate and I like being able to adjust the time and temperature during use. I have degenerative disc issues and the heat soothes my pain as I alternate between heat and ice. I like the wraps that are included and use them for detoxing my body. I’m interested now in looking at other products from Lifepro and have recommended this company to my friends which I only do when I feel confident that they will have a positive experience and benefit from the products.

I wanted to wait for a little while to write a review on this to see how I felt about it. Needless to say, I am thoroughly happy with this purchase! I have been looking at getting an in-home sauna for months, but didn't have the space or money to get a full sized one. In one of my late nights of boredom, scrolling through Amazon, I found this awesome sauna blanket.Pros:- It heats up really well and will definitely make you sweat. I, personally, put it on one of the higher settings to really feel it.- You can just lay on the bed, couch, or wherever, and watch TV or read a boom while you sweat profusely.- It has a timer on it, so it will turn off automatically. This is a nice safety feauture, because I have dozed off while lying in it before.- It compacts and folds really well, so it's easy to just throw on a shelf or in a drawer for storage.- The arm holes are nice. I enjoy reading while I lay in it. I was worried that the openings might let too much heat escape, but I still a lot on the inside.Cons:- Be careful of the zipper. I have pinched my skin with it before. Also, it is kind of a pain to zip up from the inside, but not enough to where I would knock a star off for it. I'm sure a lot of it is just operator error.All in all, I would recommend this to anyone. I always feel amazing after I get out.
