Loved the look & feel but they run small. I wear a Large in all pants sized this way (especially) with an elastic waist. Might try an XL.

These were enormous! The material is on the heavy or thicker side so they don’t just fall as nicely as maybe a softer fabric would. I’m not sure if sizing down would work. Maybe if I had much longer legs?? I’m 5’4 and 120ish lbs. typically wear size 26-27 in jeans. (For reference) quality seemed good and color was a perfect light blue, just not a good fit for me.

I ordered my normal size thinking with the elastic waist band in the back they would have some give. However, I find them to be very small for the size which is xlarge. The material is very nice. Love the color. The fabric quality is great also. I would size up if you order these shorts.

I am usually a size Small, but seeing as this was made in China I chose Medium and it’s a good thing. The shorts are a perfect fit for my 5’2” frame with little give. The zipper is on the short size which means it is a hindrance if you need any play when pulling the shorts on. The fastener is a metal plate like the original Levi’s and I can see this as pulling on the fabric. Also like Levi’s, there is no give in the fabric which means when sitting, the fit is not forgiving.I immediately removed the string tie. It serves no purpose and in fact adds an extra step when lowering the shorts.The color is good for a go-to garment. You can really wear it with everything. and construction is also good and the style is attractive.I did find the length to be too short to my taste and will not wear them in public. That is just my preference but keep in mind I am only 5’2” so this may be a factor for many.

These shorts are okay but they definitely look better in the picture than they do in person. The color is quite a bit darker in picture and the length is much shorter - they appear to be almost Bermuda shorts in the picture but they're definitely not that long. Also they run a bit small - they fit more like a junior size than a regular women's size. I'm quite thin and I got these in medium expecting them to be a bit loose, but they're not loose at all and just don't hang as nice as they appear in the picture. That said, they do appear to be of good quality - just not for me.

These shorts looked great, so I thought I'd try them. The picture on the item looked like the leg of the shorts was rather long; that is NOT the case. The instant I took these out, I knew they would not work for me; I prefer a much longer leg on my shorts. The fabric feels nice but isn't as hearty as most denim I've ever bought. These are going back. I'm sad, but I would never wear them.

The color is great, construction and weight is perfect. I really really like these shorts.Couple issues: they have a shorter inseam in person than how it shows in the picture. I actually like them shorter.Order a full size larger than you think. I am normally a large, sometimes medium because I’m short. The large here is way too tight around the waistband. I reordered in an xl and am hoping they aren’t too big.
