This is nice and roomy just as listed and shown. I appreciate the bamboo rods down the inner sides which help it to keep its shape. The flannel is a thicker weight fairly sturdy flannel, the seams all look to be sewn just fine and the double zipper works smoothly. Another plus is the elastic strap inside to help hold items into place plus a carrying strap which would be handy should you take this on a trip.I wanted something different than my current option to store off season outerwear such as hats, gloves, scarves etc as what I was using was just a foldable cubby storage box without a lid and things get dusty while stored inside. This box holds more, has a lid that zips closed plus the clear window lets anyone see at a glance the kinds of items that are inside. I can lift this up and down from my upper closet shelf easily and I have no complaints. Just know this measures about 17” diameter and is about 11” tall so it does take up some closet real estate but it stacks fine on top of other things if needed. (I have this stacked on top of a cardboard box that I’m housing other items in so this only takes up vertical room in my situation.)We’re trying to do away with plastic where ever we can so this is perfect for our needs.

I have dozens and dozens of wigs and hair extensions. It can be a lot, especially with mannequin head forms on wig stands taking up space.I wanted to move the wig stands out of my busy spaces, but I had to figure out a cute and convenient way to put away the pieces I use the most, until I wanted a particular one.I heard that people used to keep their wigs in hat boxes in the past so I thought, why not?So I purchased the Lifewit Round Felt Hat Box. And…it’s great for wig storage!It’s super roomy. I fit eight frontals inside with room for more!It is very easy to set up. I unpacked Lifewit and inserted the bamboo support rods, then I placed towels inside to fill it and used my handheld steamer on the fabric. I allowed the Lifewit to sit for 24 hours…just to adjust, before I unpacked the towels and started using it.I really love are the bamboo support rods that help give the Lifewit Round Felt Hat Box it’s cute round shape and the transparent front window that allows me to easily see what I’ve placed inside without having to unzip every time.There’s an elastic band at the bottom that can be used for holding hats in place. I didn’t use this to secure my wigs, but I thought I would mention it.The Lifewit has top and side handles and, a sliding top handle. The felt fabric looks amazing. It definitely gives luxury, like it costs way more than it does.I’m impressed that this worked out so well. I highly recommend!

Ordered this hat box because I have a lot of hats, and sunhats are especially hard to store. The size of this hat box is bigger than I'd thought, having pictured something big enough for a Stetson. You could fit almost fit two cowboy hats side by side!I was not impressed with the quality. The only thing holding this medium weight felt box up are 4 sticks which you insert in the slots. It's not meant to protect your hats from anything but dust. The description does state that this is intended for travel as well. This will suffice to protect straw hats from dust in the winter but it is Not a traditional hat box. It's a dust cover.

I have several cowboy hats and very special felt hats that I’ve been hanging off a hook in my closet. Unfortunately, they’re starting to gather dust, and I’m eager to find a solution. I’m thrilled to have found this felt hat box.When the hat box arrived, I was pleasantly surprised by its size. It’s large enough to accommodate my biggest cowboy hat and even came with four bamboo rods to serve as spines. The hat box measures 16.5 inches deep and 10.6 inches in diameter, providing ample space for my collection. A transparent window in the front allows me to easily see which hats are stored inside, making it simpler to find the right one.The hat box’s sturdy handle, stitched multiple times for strength, ensures easy carrying. It also features handles on both sides for added convenience. The two-way zipper makes opening and closing the hat box a breeze.I’m incredibly satisfied with my hat box. It perfectly meets my needs to keep my hats dust-free, safe from damage, and organized in one place. I can even store my scarves inside. However, I wish the felt were thicker. It’s currently 3mm thick, and I believe it would be ideal if it were at least 6mm thick. Especially considering its reasonable price, which is a significant factor in my decision.

It’s on me, but wow! I didn’t realize how large this hat box was going to be. You know your big ol’ floppy brim sun hats that you bring to the beach? This can easily store them. It has 4 bamboo like sticks (more like rectangular popsicle sticks) that keep this hat box up right, which means if you need to fold it down, it’s extremely easy to take the sticks out and fold the unit. I got this to bring Disney hats (like large pirate hats and Mickey ears) on our Disney trips. This stores them well, I’m hoping it protects them from dust nicely too. It’s attractive looking, I’m hoping the quality holds up.

This generously-sized hatbox is just right for stacking and storing the felted wool hats that I've made. It's collapsible for storage until you need it. Of course, you're not limited to using it for hats, a plus.I have several hard cardboard cases, but this works better for my purposes. It looks nice enough to display without hiding it away in a closet, too. The clear window is a thoughtful design touch so that you can see what's inside without having to go through the hassle of retrieving it from a high shelf to look inside

These are beautiful. They are much bigger than I expected. But I can find a use for the extra. I fit 4 of my dad's hats into one box.
