I can't fault this as a Lightbox, everything about it feels pro and given the generous size it will accommodate a lot of things that would normally be shot indoors, I managed to easily shoot a 28" Monitor inside it but that was probably right on the edge of what would comfortably fit.Two light panels are supplied which should be sufficient for a lot of jobs though it is easy enough to supplement these with your own external lighting via the built in hatches.It's Achilles heel however is the thing that also makes it great, the size.Assembly isn't difficult but it is time consuming so it would be preferable leave it assembled, however given the size and the fact that it does come with a carry case I imagine most, myself included, will disassemble after use which isn't ideal.And whilst the overall construction and materials are solid enough I do have concerns about the longevity of the corner pieces used to attache the tubes if assembled and disassembled frequently.That said they aren't an issue yet and do appear to be a standard size so probably easy enough to replace in the event of breakage.

I got this because I'm a small business owner who loves to photograph my own products. It's so easy to use. It's much larger than I expected with was nice. It's made well. It has a great storage bag which doubles as a carrying case. It stores away well and is easy to travel with. I love it.

First off this thing is quite big - 32" cube and it won't fit through a standard house door!My first mistake when assembling it - not doing it in the room where it is going to stay.It is quite a performance assembling this, the cube is made from thin aluminium tubes which push into plastic corner pieces - a bit like a tent or child's playhouse. When the cube is assembled then you push it into the cover, which is all premade in one big piece, then zip along the sides to help it all stay together.The light strips (two of them) attach to the roof by means of magnets to two metal strips which are integral to the cover, there is some latitude with where you place the lights, and, of course you can always put in your own lighting if you have some.The coloured backdrops are nice thick non crease PVC in black, white, and sort of mustard coloured, which are big enough to cover one side and the base of the cube. The main problem with this arrangement is that the fitted hanging clips are hopelessly inadequate to support the weight of the backdrops, fortunately this problem has been addressed, and included in the package are two very strong and quite large clips with ferocious grip, which hang over the top bar, and these did the trick.ConclusionThis fills a need, if you need to take pictures of smaller items for showing online etc, but it is quite large and cannot be put up in 5 mins, so needs its own space if you have to keep it set up all the time.I did make the mistake of leaning on it by accident and the tube bent very easily. I managed to straighten it out again but it has a kink in it now, possibly a case for including a spare tube in the package?I did a few demo pictures to show how it works.

A friend of mine does online auctions and uses a lightbox to take very nice cell phone pictures. She convinced me of light box benefits when taking pictures for online viewing/presentation.This light box has more features than hers but essentially is set up the same way. It is fairly large at 32x32, so once you set it up, you'll want to keep it up for the duration of your project. I like to set mine at either table or counter level and mostly use an open front for pictures.

This is a very nice light box. It does take a little time to assemble, but once it's up it works great. The colored backgrounds are made of durable plastic and work great. The lights themselves are nice in that you can control the brightness easily. Overall, it is a good box. I am storing it all intact so I don't have to put it back together again. But it easily breaks down and is very portable.

It’s okay…pretty flimsy and difficult to put together. Cheaply made… think £40 would be more appropriate. Magnets on lights kept falling down, wire design is terrible so wires are visible in shot, changing backdrop is a nightmare, kept having to climb inside to do this. But if you push through you can okay achieve results

This thing is quite large and lights up really nice. Very easy to setup. I am pretty happy with the way this works. It makes product shots very easy!

Light boxes give more control over the lighting conditions when photographing objects. This includes even lighting, positioning, and avoiding shadows. Most light boxes have the lighting built in so there's no need for time-consuming set up of separate lights. This box also has lights built in.PROS: Lights well.
