I’ve been playing D&D for decades. So long that my eyes aren’t what they used to be. These dice are GREAT. It’s so much nicer to play and not have to ask what I rolled, because now I can see for myself.

J'ai suivis les instructions et impossible de faire fonctionner le d6 et le d4. Vraiment décevant. J'essaie de me faire rembourser mais il faut payer 20$ de frais.... Rester loin! / I followed the instructions and couldn't get the d6 and d4 to work. Really disappointing. I'm trying to get a refund but I have to pay $20 in fees.... Stay away!

Brand new set, already having trouble charging the dice, especially the d4. Unlike what's you might guess from the product photos, the top of the interior of the case is a soft foam, not hard plastic, and it can apparently easily and permanently deform. There's already a deep dimple in that foam from the top vertex of the d4, so the case doesn't provide enough pressure to push the die onto its contacts to charge. I had to fold up a piece of paper and shove it in there to get the d4 to charge (unless I wanted to keep the box open the whole time and put something heavy on top of it), not exactly the kind of experience that makes me feel like I'm getting my money's worth from these.Also, why the heck are the charging contacts for each die in such random locations? Random places and orientations on random faces. It would be VASTLY more user-friendly if there were a consistent orientation, like you always want the highest (or lowest) number for each die on top, and turned so that number is right-side up (or rotated CCW 90 degrees) from the perspective of someone opening the case. NOPE, none of that! You get to fumble around looking at every side of each die to figure out which face has the contacts, and then figure out which way to rotate the die so it lines up with the charging contacts. If you're buying these dice because you have vision problems, you're gonna have a bad time getting these back into their case for charging. Such an unfriendly and unconscientious user experience, and a frustrating waste of my time whenever I decide to break these out.Also, at the time of my purchase, the "brand" of these dice displayed on the product page was "HTPOW". The brand on the case I received is "SEEROOTOYS". Really gives off that "whenever the rating drops too low we'll just relist under a different name" kind of vibe.But they DO actually work, at least I can give them that.

The product really has a wonderful, bright glow to it. They light up upon hitting a surface, and it doesn't take much to trigger them. You can roll it on the carpet from about 5" off the ground and they'll light up. These are very clear and easy to read and have a good weight to them.Most of mine were lit up to their brightest when I got it, but only one light was out on one side of my D4. Returns/exchanges were easy.I'm not sure how well weighted they are, given the mechanics of the insides. They seem heavier on the charging end, but doing a very brief roll test seemed to yield fine results.As for value for the product, the plastic is a little light and thin, so they don't quite have an 'expensive feel' to their texture. I got mine on sale for $28, which is about the max I would pay for it, but if price isn't a problem then it's totally worth it.

I eventually purchased three sets of these as gifts for various people, and they all loved the dice. These things are much brighter than expected, and seem to be evenly weighted so they roll fairly. They are activated by motion, so make sure you shake them a little when rolling to cause them to light.They are also quite heavy, giving a substantial feel and a satisfying sound when rolled on a wooden or glass tabletop.I purchased the third set after seeing the first two (purchased at the same time) and the recipients' reactions to them. These were definitely one of the "big hit" Christmas gifts this year in my house for my adult children (all RPG gamers).

I bought these dice as a way to "wow" the guys that I host for our D&D sessions and I honestly have found myself using these more than my other fancy sets that I own. We have started playing with a projected map, so we have the lights a little more dim and these dice came in handy because I could very easily see what I was rolling. My players also commented a few times as I was making rolls that they just loved the ominous look of them making a decision and then my hand raising and throwing a glowing orb, haha. Anyways, there are other rgb light up dice out there, but these are definitely the ones I'd chose over any other. And the seller is actually one of the few I've had follow up with me from an Amazon order to ensure that I was happy with my product and didn't have any questions or complaints.So, TLDR: I highly recommend these dice for any type of player, whether you're a dice set collector or a newbie browsing for your first set. These are my new favorites!
