This multi-dice contraption is truly stunning. Its beauty lies not only in its intricate design but also in its hefty weight and premium feel. However, a few aspects could use improvement. There are six dials, each representing a different dice value. The problem is the spinning—the dials can spin for a long time. If you're patient, that's fine, but in fast-paced action roleplaying games, the prolonged spinning can really disrupt the immersion. This specialty die works best for boss encounters or pivotal decisions in a game, but it can't replace regular dice. If you're a collector of unique dice, this one is definitely worth considering, as there's nothing quite like it. While it might not be ideal for action gaming, it's perfect for creating anticipation during special roleplaying events. All in all, it's a beautiful piece that has its niche uses in the right gaming scenarios!

I crept into the hot, smoky cavern, trying to avoid the piles of golden treasure strewn all around the floor. Stepping over an armor-clad skeleton, I rounded a bend in the passage from the smaller cave into a much more expansive cavern. Here, the treasure was the floor. The bodies of my predecessors were almost buried in the gold and silver coins. It became harder to walk silently, but according to the roll of the die, I was still as stealthy as Death himself. As the rhythmic breathing of the dragon slowly lulled me into a sense of extreme confidence. Again, I rolled my die to find I was still silent enough to creep closer to the steaming scales of the majestic dragon. I was close enough to feel the heat through the thick scales, each of them big enough to eclipse the shields that my paladin compadre was holding at the entrance to the cave. Sweat dripped from my eyelashes and into my eyes, making me stop and wipe my face with the sash that Lady Eversol had given me before this quest. Another roll, still stealthy. I unsheathed my longsword from the scabbard hanging on my back - the roll showed me making a little noise, but the breathing did not change from its slow and steady rumble. I surveyed the side of the dragon's underbelly for a gap big enough to allow my blade to dig in. Another lucky roll, I found one, just after the wing, but before the foreleg. I thrust my sword into the gap and held my breath as I rolled...

Some people complain about the fact that some spinners take longer or shorter than others, and also that rolls should be 'quick.' My tip for those folks: Spin at a moderate speed and simply tap the middle of the spinner and it will slow down and stop in a shorter time. It's more of a novelty thing, but it's super cool. Obviously, it's not made for those times when you need to spin 6 d8's, but for those quick one-offs.It's a heavy metal dice with bearings underneath the spinners. The fit and finish is really nice and is a cool conversation piece.

This is fun. Maybe too fun and can distract from the game. But fun. Not sure of the practicality, but the most fun way to spin the die is to set it on a table and just spin it.Each “die” spins very fast and takes forever to stop by itself. It is easy enough to stop it with a finger, and it’s spinning so fast it would be difficult to make it stop on a specific number. Because there is no weighted issue that can be found on conventional dice, I think this might be the most random way to determine die rolls. The spaces between the numbers are large, especially on the smaller “dice,” which means they land in the in-between zones often. There are lines and other indicators in the spaces to help. With practice, it gets easier to read the roll. With the exception of the percentile dice, the numbers are easy to read. The numbers on the percentile dice can be read but they kind of blend in with the artwork.Personally, I would have preferred the 10 sided and the percentile dice be on separate faces so I could roll them at the same time. But, such a little complaint for an otherwise awesome dice.

This dice is so cool! Its perfect for table-top RPG gamers. It comes in neat colors (or simple metallics if you're into that), the faces are fun and satisfying to spin. The build quality is top notch, with tight tolerances, no wiggling or loose parts and nice, clean details. It comes with a face for d4, d6, d8, d10, d00, d12, and d20, all in one. The spin on it is nice and smooth, it is a little on the heavy side, so not exactly something you'd want to keep in your pocket for too long, but its perfect for a desk or table top. Now, as much as I love it, and I do, very much, it does have two major issues. One is easy to fix, the other less so.First and foremost, is readability. I went with the Green and Silver coloration and unfortunately, that means that straight out of the box, it was hard to read. Silver on silver made it very difficult to see what number you wound up spinning. Fortunately, its an easy fix. I used some cheap black acrylic paint, painted it on, and rubbed off what I could with a finger (or a sponge, whatever you have). Instantly made the numbers incredibly legible. It looks good and its easy to read. Now as for the second issue... this might not even be an issue depending on your point of view, but I feel like it is something I should bring up: The numbers are sequential. On a normal dice, the numbers on opposite ends always add up to the same number (on a d6 its 7, on a d20 its 21, etc.). Theoretically speaking, it should be just as equally random. However, it just feels off. Doesn't feel so balanced. This is 100% just vibes and maybe a statistician would know if it has any impact at all on the outcome, but it just feels wrong. Again, this just might be a ME thing. At the end of the day, I love this dice! Its so cool and convenient. Its also a lot of fun to spin. It doesn't quite replace the feeling of rolling dice, but the gimmick of this is 100% worth checking out. So for this, I do highly recommend.
