The Mad Hatter Magical Collection includes: Mad Hatter Mint- is a stunning minty green with gorgeous silver shimmer . Tea Pot Purple- is a lavendar with beautiful blue shimmer Cheshire Cat Cherry- is a super vibrant magenta/fuschia color with a subtle blue violet shimmer. Queen of Hearts Red- is a perfect, brilliant red. Curiouser Chartreuse- is a juicy, super bright Tahitian lime/chartreuse color Tweedle Dee Denim- is a bright, denim blue. Each pot contains a combination of our beautiful micas, a specialized powdered painting stain system and a fixative, (so they are an all-in-one product) that is acid-free. The combination of the mica and the painting stains give them that amazingly vibrant look, but still have our signature two-toned look.

I bought the mad hatter magicals. I’m a little disappointed that they weren’t all magicals. I wish the description would have been more clear. Easy to use.

love how these are so highly pigmented. They are fun to use but you need only the tiniest amt or the color can become too strong. They "explode" so great when a spray of water is used on it.

I love working with these dyes, but this recent order had one jar (tea pot purple) with a insecure lid and the dye spread throughout the tube containing the rest of the colors. It was difficult of recapture much of the dye. I have 6 other tubes and this has never happened before. These dyes give interesting results and great fun to use.

These are not Embossing Powders as the name of the product here seems to suggest, but rather 'Magical' powders, which are powdered paint pigment (similar to Brusho)I have never used Brusho, so cannot compare, but love the effects I can achieve with these powders. They are beautiful bright colours and have some 'specs' of different colours in them, so when using you get interesting variations in colour, which I really like. Being Amazon, I got a really good price on these and I love using them. A lady called Marta Lapkowska has a great YouTube video demonstrating this product on her channel (MaremiSmallArt) which is totally worth watching if you want to learn more about how to use these.I love that you can use very little of the pigment to get lots of strong colour and not only can you use this with water to water colour, you can create wonderful backgrounds by sprinkling some of the powder onto wet card, creating beautiful blooms or clouds of variegated colour. In addition, you can use the powder in artist mediums (like matte medium for instance) for a more permanent colour and you can use it to colour your modelling/molding/texture paste! Great product, good price.
