My idoing head unit put out a measly .67V at 100% volume to the RCA cables going to the amp, causing my gain to be turn up to about 90% , this line driver bumped it up to 3.7v at max gain, I turned down to 3.2 and now my amp gain is set to about 15% and finally gets the voltage it needs, every song bumps now. Works great and saves me from replacing head unit.

Lucky I had one of these on the shelf in my shop.A friend stopped by @ 9 PM one night "How fast can you put this subwoofer & amp in my 2020 Nissan Qashqai"Well, thanks to this handy device which I have used in ALL it's capable scenarios- it made it VERY FAST & EASY!2 hours, in and out. Entire system.Didn't need to be fancy so it isn't; but this isn't about the install itself, but how easy this Install Bay LineDriver/LOC made the job.Another time I bought this item (addicted to how useful it is) A customer rolled in....His RCA preout voltage on his Android 9" Headunit was very low on the brand new radio (This is very common on these btw) - So his Monoblock Amp for the Subwoofers even @ full gain ( Big no no ) wasn't loud at all.After installing this behind his 9" Android Headunit and turning the Subwoofer Amp gain back down to 1/4 ~ , this Line Driver BARELY had to be turned up at all and it was night and day HUGE difference.VERY AMAZING DEVICE RIGHT HERE!Very Versatile!Makes the job FAST AND EASY.Will always have multiple laying around my shop for times in need!No need for LC2i anymore, at less than half the cost > This is what you want & need folks!Basically a party trick for a 12v audio installer.20/10!!!

Only one side of outputs L/R functions.Exchanged for another unit rather than refunding since it was already professionally installed. Exchanging would mean a plug and play replacement so I opted for that.Confirmed speaker level inputs and polarity were correct and connected, signal is properly going into the LOC but is not coming out on both channels and (as a temporary workaround for now) requires a Y cable if you want to deliver signal to both of your amps inputs. Was supposed to be an upgrade from the previous unpowered LOC i was using previously since this one would amplify the signal before hitting the amp. (Which it definitely is doing) but providing signal only on one side. - maybe I’m missing something here *shrugs shoulders*Most people might not even notice as you would still have some power going to your amp(one side at-least) so if you’re already using this check your outputs. (One at a time) and see if you are getting it on both channels. You can (at your own risk) unplug left / then plug that one back in & try unplugging the right side one at a time and see if its functioning as when its plugged in you may only be getting half the signal and be completely unaware. Not happy with it. Using it as a line driver with RCA Inputs. It powers off if the volume is too low. I assume it's signal sensing and turning itself off but that shouldn't happen when it's hard wired and only being used as a line driver. I want it on when the deck is on and off when the deck is off. This thing powers down at low volume. Prob gonna return it

Finally got bass in my car. The cheap LOCs didn't work. This boosted the signal and the bass started booming.

Does exactly what I needed, increased my pre amp voltage from 2 volts up to where my amps are happy at 8 volts, very easy to set up, but will need some professional help setting it up properly, as to not fry your amps and speakers/subs

Works well but does not increase volume as much as expected. I am using it to increase output from an aux line to a powered subwoofer.

Perfect if you need to control your pre out voltages before your amp. nothing too fancy hopefully it holds up. Says up to 16 awg but i was able to use crutchfield's 14 awg car speaker wire!

It does work, boosts your line out if you need it. Kind of a cheap build quality, generic? I found several identical looking units with different brand names on them. But, for a inexpensive fix, it works.

Product was missing one small part, I could still use it since it give you the option of input rca. Though the product turned on when I unlocked or locked the car. And would stay on for like 30 seconds after turning everything off. I know it's the product since I ran my system with it disconnected and everything ran how it was supposed to be.
