Your cart is empty. Linear bearing is a low-cost production of linear motion system for unlimited travel in conjunction with the cylinder axis. Because of point contact between ball and straight axis, so the load is small. The ball is spinning with the smallest friction, it can run a high precision and smooth motion. Flange linear bearings can be divided into: round flange type, oval flange, guide wheel flange, guide the oval flange type, plus long round flange type.
This is the sliding unit with the aluminium case, shafts and aluminium rail for preventing deflexion. This is the complete sliding unit systems and can be clamped simply tightening by bolt with high accuracy. The support rail unit provides maximum rigidity and stiffness to the shaft throughout the whole stroke, and ensure the performance of the unit.
The shaft is case hardened. If you use normal steel shafts, the bearings will cut them up in no time. So make sure what you buy is case hardened!

I ordered two sets to make a large sled to use with a CNC router. All of the rails were bowed but could be straightened when attached to the table. The dowels used to align the rails were not machined to well and didn't result in a tight fit and were not very useful in aligning the rails end to end. It took some fiddling to get the rails to align so the bearing did not hang up at the joint. Overall, the quality was not great. If you are doing very precise work look elsewhere. I'd probably not order these again.

This set of two HGR20 linear rails and four HGH20CA slide bearing blocks are considerably larger than the ones that you typically see on small CNC routers. Even without being taken apart and cleaned, the slides slid well on the rail, without indication of catching or hesitation. The rails were straight with no bow or curvature. These units would be a great start for a CNC router build or upgrade.The units come with all the screws, screw hole covers, hex wrenches, and zerk fittings needed for installation. The slide bearing blocks come without a dummy transfer rail, so be careful if you remove the block from the rail. I suggest cleaning and relubricating the slide bearing blocks to ensure that you know the starting conditions of the bearings.These are nice, heavy linear rails and slide bearing blocks that work well and are reasonably priced.

These are great if you are building your own CNC machine or something similar. The linear bearings are perfectly smooth, if you couple this with some sort of drive system you are good to go. If it fits your dimensions, these are a good buy.
