I love these bread bags - They are a nice thick feeling bag. It is inner lined with a plastic-like liner. My bread seems to stay fresh and soft longer when I use these bags. I really like having these on hand for when I make sourdough.

If you love baking (or just enjoy fresh bread), these linen bread bags are a must-have. They’re not just functional—they also check the boxes for being eco-friendly and BPA-free, which makes them even better. The linen material is a great choice because it helps keep bread fresh without trapping moisture, preventing that dreaded sogginess. The string closure is simple but effective, making it easy to store and transport homemade sourdough, baguettes, or any freshly baked loaf. Plus, the XL size is perfect for larger loaves, so no struggling to squeeze in your bread.Beyond just being useful, these bags are also a great sustainable alternative to plastic storage. They’re reusable, durable, and easy to clean, making them a smart choice for anyone who wants to reduce waste in the kitchen.Bottom line? A simple but brilliant solution for keeping homemade bread fresh—while being kinder to the planet!Pros & Cons:✅ Eco-Friendly & Reusable – A great alternative to plastic.✅ BPA-Free & Safe – No harmful chemicals near your food.✅ Spacious & Practical – Fits large homemade loaves easily.❌ No cons—just a smart, sustainable storage option!

The bread bags are large enough to hold at least two loaves of bread. They have paba free plastic lining bags inside of the bread bag to keep bread fresh. The bread bags are well made and very cute to have on your counter. (No need for a bread box!)They can be used over and over again and can be washed in your machine on a delicate cycle. It’s a great value for your money. So excited to use them!

These work perfectly for storing bread. They are quite big. The bags open and close easily and look great on the counter. No need to hide them away. The bread has stayed fresh. The materials also appear to be high quality.

Update - Corrections made. There are 2 identical bread bags in this set, both of which are roughly square shaped and reasonably large with plenty of room for breads. Just know that due to the bag shape, and the size and shape of the breads, that it might be necessary to cut the bread loaf into chunks. The bags are made from a type of canvas fabric, which also sort of resembles burlap sack fabric. The threads of this fabric are tightly woven, but the threads are also individually large and thick enough to be noticeably visible, along with the weave grid of those threads which constitutes the fabric. This is why there is a medium rough texture to this fabric. Regardless, it does seem to be strong and reasonably durable for this type of material. The stitching is also well done and orderly, with no loose threads or long tail ends found. The drawstrings are fairly thick but not overly thick, and in my opinion, resemble plain shoelaces. The bags can be closed up by pulling these drawstrings tight and tying them. Just don't knot them tightly if you want to be able to open them again. The interior of the bags is very interesting. It's not just plain canvas fabric, which the bread would then be in direct contact with. Instead, these bag interiors are lined with a plastic bag, or perhaps it's a form of vinyl. The liner is flexible with minimal stiffness. It is semi-clear with a slight milky appearance, and the texture is smooth.I really like these bags. Not just for thier quality, convenience and function, but also for thier visual design. Old-timey designs like these bags are among my favored visual designs. 5 out of 5 stars.

Bread bags! I put my bread in the bags and then in fridge so they last longer. I like these vs plastic. They are a good size so they fit my loafs and my rustics.
