Thin and wide, this sand-washed yarn is lightweight and adds a beautiful aged and textured look to scarves and home decor. Made of 70% polyester and 30% viscose, each cake weighs 3.5 oz. (100 g) and is 219 yd. (200m) long, making it perfect for big projects or for building up a yarn supply. Our yarn is rated as CYC #5 bulky and works well with knitting needle sizes 9–11 and crochet hook sizes K-10 1/2 to M-13. It is machine washable in cool water and lies flat to air-dry. I have ordered this yarn before. For the first order, the color was exactly as portrayed. However the Hawaiian Ocean is so completely off, it should be labeled as Faded Denim. I am aware of minor variations in dye lots - I have been crocheting for sixty years, but this much deviation is untenable. I was very disappointed, but I had a project and needed yarn - so I kept it. But I have included a picture of the completed project. You decide -- am I wrong??

Love this yarn!!! It is so easy to work with and is super soft. I'm making the Kelan Carryall by Meghan Makes Do in the color Willow that she used. It looks gorgeous so far!!! I'm really happy with it and will definitely get more colors for more bags or even a basket, etc. Very pleased!!!

This is one of my favorite tape yarns to work with. I have made several purses using it and it works well with knitting or crocheting. I use two tapes together on my purses. Most people are surprised how soft it is. I will use it again. I do wish there were a few other colors. I would love a light sandy color.

Lion brand yarn has never failed. This is great for the project I purchased it for. It’s soft and easy to work with. The thickness is just what I was looking for. The price was great since it was hard to find this yarn anywhere in stores where I live.

This is my first attempt to work with tape yarn, and I was a little worried about it. But it was surprisingly easy to use. I crocheted a hat with it, and keeping tension even was no problem, and I like the results.

This yarn was recommended for the free pattern from Hopeful Honey - Florence backpack. I couldn’t get the exact color used but I’m really happy with how it came out! The yarn is soft and I was worried it would be too weak for a backpack, but when it’s doubled up it’s incredibly strong. Extremely happy with how much it can hold and doesn’t dig into my shoulders.I ended up using 4 skeins (to double up when I crocheted) - and have a decent amount of yarn leftover. Definitely good value for money.

I love this tape yarn. They are suitable for bags and they are easy to work with. However, so many colours are out of stock in Amazon.

I found this yarn easy to work with just as they said it would be, and completed it in short order. My tote came out sturdy and looks beautiful.It is a retirement gift so I am hoping the recipient likes it as well as I do.

I am not satisfied with this product, even a simple pul while tightening a magic circle caused the yarn to break. Also it seemed to be less vibrant than displayed in the picture, to me it reminded me as if it was dirty without being dirty.
