I cracked my huge sous vide container from the same company, and while waiting for the replacement to come and thinking about how much I love this cooking method and using a simple pot to make dinner, it dawned on me that while I needed the big container for bulky items like ribs and roasts, that little pot had heated up much faster for the two pork chops bubbling away. So I came back and ordered this small one. I must be saving energy, and on a day to day basis, this little one is so much lighter to empty and re-fill, and quite a lot fits in, what with the rack and all. Very pleased.
