Nothing to dislike. Being new to Sous Vide cooking I started with the smaller product but soon found I needed a larger container for “family-size” cooking. So far I have cooked a roast, steaks, lamb racks and pork chops (not all at the same time, of course) and am more than pleased with it.

These are nice for my Anova Sous Vide circulator. I bought the matching bottom as well. My overall rating is a 4 because I think it’s not a great value for the money at over $25 just for that top. I feel it’s a bit over priced. It seems they are taking advantage of the Sous Vide trend. With that being said these aren’t great for the Anova Sous Vide circulators. Very sturdy and it’s cool to watch the food as it cools.

excellent product. Just what someone who uses sous vide machines would need. perfect price. MUCH LESS than the containers sold by ANOVA which is basically an oval container instead of this rectangular. I'd pay tree times the price of this product if I'd buy the one from anova

Great lid. Fits the ANOVA perfectly. Small gripe, you need to clamp the ANOVA to the container in a particular way, or else you can't take the lid off with the ANOVA in place.Very small gripe, not enough to remove a star mind you.Lid enables effortless worry free overnight cooks, little to no evaporation. Highly recommended.

I have the Lipavi sous vide container of this size, and also have both the Anova and Joule sous vide cookers. Rather than buy a cover for each cooker, I bought the Anova cover that has the larger opening. It works well for both cookers. This cover is necessary primarily for long sous vide cooking times to prevent evaporation of the water in the container.If you use sous vide cooking for foods that take many hours, a cover such as this is a must-have.to prevent evaporation and the necessity to monitor water levels.

The fit on this lid is excellent with the Anova. A 36 hour cook on a moderately high temperature resulted in very little if any water loss. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Good fit. Works well. Before I got this lid I had to cover a pot with aluminum foil or the water would evaporate too quickly. The foil worked, but it was annoying and if I didn't get a good seal I could lose a lot of water to evaporation. This is less of a problem if you do shorter cook times, but I often do 8+ hours so even a small steam leak adds up.The lid makes it all simple and easy with no leaking.
