I absolutely love the mug, it’s so cute! However, the warmer could definitely be better. Firstly, its heating capacity is quite weak. It takes too much time for it to generate sufficient heat to maintain the warmth of my coffee. Secondly, the safety switch on the bottom of the warmer is overly sensitive. Sometimes, when I place a partially empty mug back on the warmer, it fails to turn on, and if I forget to apply additional pressure on the top of the mug, my coffee ends up getting cold. I wish I could give this combination a higher rating, but unfortunately, the warmer falls short.

This is a nice, very special cup, to give as a gift for a nurse. It has humorous things written on the cup also.It is packed securely so it shouldn't be broken in transit. It comes in a nice black box that would be nice to give as a gift.But, the "Made in China" is wrtten on a very white sticker, and is pasted on the black box top. It is trouble taking off the sticker without messing the box up. Other than that it is a perfect gift .

A great gift to give. I gave it to my coworker/friend who loves it. She said it is perfect for her coffee to stay warm while cleaning and reading books. This mug came in a nice gift box. Perfect for a nurse friend or a nurse.

The mug is a standard size. The handle is comfortable. The graphics are great.The mug warmer works well. It's a basic warmer. You can't control the temperature. It has a switch on the bottom so that the warmer can tell if the mug is on it or not. The switch takes a good amount of weight. You have to push it down a little when you place the mug to make sure the warmer turns on. It's nice that it has this safety switch. But it could work a little better.It comes in a nice box. I think it could do without the words "Best wishes for you."
