The cup feels very high quality. It was extremely easy to set up and get started. It is a wonderful blue color for my husband. I love that it also comes with a lid! We can’t wait to try it out!

Really have enjoyed my time with this mug, let me break down why for you!Temperature: the temperature ranges obviously will vary based on one's personal tastes, but having the ability to select 5 different temperatures allows for a very nice variety that should fit multiple peoples' tastes - personally I enjoy the 3rd setting the most, as it is just hot enough to feel really nice on a cold spring morning without searing my mouth. As a side perk, if you are using this at home you can sit it on the coaster and keep your coffee warm while you handle your morning business!Portability: I very much enjoyed the thoughtfulness that is the lid - rather then having a plastic slide that would allow heat to escape, the slide has a rubber seal that helps to keep heat in when closed... And boy does it do a good job of that! Coupled with the heated element on 3 and the lid on and closed, I was able to keep my coffee heated to slightly hotter than just brewed for a solid 3 hours while only losing one bar of battery - now that is impressive!Durability: this mug is not exactly a decoration piece to look at. Instead, it presents as a plain Jane red mug that is neither offensive nor a standout, while the red makes it's presence known. There are no visible seams or defects to note on the body, the ceramic material does a great job at keeping clean on it's own (reminds me of a nonstick pan actually, the liquid doesn't seem to stick to it like a regular mug would), and requires very little care to keep clean.I would absolutely recommend this mug to anyone on the fence about a heated mug, and would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone with little kids that have distracted them long enough to have to heat their cup back up - those days are in the past with this mug!

Looks really nice and feels sturdy. Love the red. It's easy to use. Easy to clean. I love that I don't have to keep it on the base to keep drinks warm. It works well with a couple of caveats.- The temp on the top is about 10-13 degrees less than the bottom with no lid, depending on the amount of liquid. My latte is 10oz, so not full. To keep the top warm, I use the 150 degree setting but the bottom is too hot, so I try to remember to reduce to 140 degrees midway. Using the lid may help with the consistency. I don't like lids on cups/mugs unless I'm in the car, but it may be best to use it with this.- I agree with them that this is 12oz capacity. Technically, it can hold 14oz but that's really close to the top.- The handle opening is really big and I can't find a comfortable grip (medium-sized hand). The mug weighs 16.5oz with no liquid inside. With the extra weight, it can tilt more easily. I find myself holding the mug with both hands most of the time.- I thought this might fit under my Breville espresso machine's portafilter without spilling, based on the measurement and capacity. Turns out it doesn't. I make a latte by steaming 8oz of milk in the cup and then brewing my espresso directly in the milk. A few sips spill out when I tilt it under the portafilter.Since it doesn't fit well with my espresso machine, I'll would likely use this for tea, hot cocoa, or a machine that brews a single dose directly in the cup. Just make sure the height works for your device.

This product came very fast and was already charged 3 out of 4 bars on the indicator. I immediately felt the weight of this mug. It seems to be coated with a good non-stick material which makes cleaning it much easier, specially if you do it soon after using it. I didn't even need dish soap for coffee, total bonus! I love the red of this cup, but for my other half, red is his least favorite, so it would be nice if there were other color options.The cup is super easy to use, didn't even need to read the instructions first, it's pretty self explanatory.You can use it to heat up cold tea or cold coffee, but that will use up more battery than if you start with hot or warm coffee. When going from cold on a fully charged battery, the battery will last about 3 hours, however, when I put warm coffee in it on a full charge (used middle temp setting) I was able to drink 2 of these cups and still have 2 bars on the battery (this took me about 2 hrs to drink 2 cups).I do find that the lowest temperature setting was not hot enough to my liking, but the hottest was too hot, I love that you can choose your temp, and of course if you're in a cold office, you'll probably want to bump up the temp. The higher the temp, the less battery life you'll get. Great for an office or at home but, this is not something that could fit in a cup holder in a car, so it's only functional on a flat surface.I do wish the cup was a little deeper so I could get around 14oz to 16oz of coffee instead of around 12oz. The inside of the cup is 3 inches deep. Overall, this is a great cup for the price. I would recommend this, or order it again as a gift.
