Many more interesting and useful options for a healthy workout that gets results are out there. I vastly prefer most of Jessica Smith's DVDs. If you are young and have no body issues whatsoever and don't mind being bored, this is the DVD for you.

This is a very enjoyable, old fashioned hi-low workout, mixing elements of aerobics, kickboxing, and some toning. It is low impact but is easy to modify for people (like me) who enjoy jumping. Highly recommend.

Super fun workout that kind of creeps up on you! As for difficult choreography, should become much easier after only 2-3 attempts - give it a chance!

I love this workout on a day you don't have a lot of time are really tired, its fun and not extremely hard.

I am enjoying this workout very much. This is my first Cathe, liked it a lot so bought a Strength Training one of hers just yesterday which should be here tomorrow. The pace was fast which was fine for me. I did have to modify as I have a back injury so no kicks or twisting, but used to that so not a problem. I have done the Bonus 6 Pack Abs #1 which is good and the Extended Stretch #1 also. Not tried any of the other Bonus options so can't review. I am a Kelley Coffey Meyer person, their workouts are similar in some ways. Overall if you want a good cardio workout that is not too long, I would highly suggest it
