Purchased this as a slip to wear under midi dresses and skirts - I’m 5’9” and it’s the perfect length. It adds a layer of warmth on a windy day and the satin feels lovely to wear under things. As a slip this is a good piece. As a dress I think it’s not thick enough fabric or shapely enough cut to pass as a bias cut slip dress- at least on me.

I bought an extra large so I will need to bring in the sides under the arms but it's better than being too tight. The gown itself is pretty and feels light and comfortable.
