  • For best results, plant in USDA Zones 4-8. Mature height is 4-5ft, mature spread is 4-5ft. This plant is carefully packaged, with special care for the flowers for delivery.
  • This plant does not ship to the states of: AZ, CA, HI, ID, MT, NV, OR, PR and UT! Plant is delivered direct from our nursery in a #2 Gallon Size Container. It is fully rooted in the soil and can be planted immediately upon arrival, weather permitting. We advise not to plant during frigid winter months or under drought conditions. Planting and how-to-care instructions will arrive with shipment.
  • Upright growing deciduous Azalea that explodes with giant trusses of vibrant orange flowers in early to mid-May.

Azalea ‘Gibraltar’: Upright growing deciduous azalea that explodes with giant trusses of vibrant orange flowers in early to mid-May, lightly scented and very distinctive in the garden. Spectacularly showy in the spring landscape. Very hardy, superb when used in groups, it tolerates partial shade. Grow Tips: Thrives in rich, acidic soil and requires well-drained soil. Adding a thick layer of mulch around the root zone will protect it during the cold winter. This plant is grown on our nursery by experienced growers. We check the roots, foliage, & water levels to ensure it arrives in great condition. Before shipment, this plant is carefully packaged.

Plants were very small, ups delivery was unsatisfactory, box was broken on the one and the other was delivered upside down

The package the plant arrived in was damaged. A lot of the soil was displaced from the plant container. I have planted it but we’ll see how it goes. Not too happy with it since it was a $40.00 plant basically.
