Each container of Liver of Sulfur Gel contains two (2) ounces of the solution in a non-drip form that works best when applied directly to the metal surface with a cotton swab. The Liver of Sulfur Gel's durable finish ranges from light gray to black. Once dry, this solution-treated metal can easily be polished with a micro-abrasive polishing pad.

Inner seal was already slit open upon arrival. Looked like with a knife, and then they comically tried to cover it up by cranking diwn on the lid. Opened the bag to wrap it up in black electrical tape, and could snell the rotten egg stank before i even got it open. The couple drops i put in hot water worked, but seems like it was quite a bit weaker than i expected, and the color was def lighter. I cant speak to how long it will last yet, but my expectations are low. Keeping it cuz i need it right now, but otherwise i would return directly through amazon.Considering they charge double what other sites charge, and 4x rio grande prices, plus send out used/returned bottles yet charge and advertise them as if they are new; i absolutely will not buy again. Also defiantly DO NOT recommend anyone else purchase.P.s. to seller: Eat 💩

Good stuff, fantastic bargain. Re-oxidized my old antiqued rings and then you just polish up the high areas and they look like new.

I bought this to restore the oxidized finish on a mokume gane ring, which is made of mixed metals (with the silver intended to be oxidized). Over time, the oxidation wore off of the silver part of the ring, and this product restored it well (it was recommended by the artist who made the ring, Arn Krebs). I followed the directions on the label; it did not take very long to restore the finish.
