installation
This fits Singer Machine 222k but also 301 and will fit 401 and other singers with the same 3 prong connector from the 1950s era.

It is not for a Featherweight machine. I ordered twice and both times it was the wrong fit.

The plug does not fit my singer featherweight. It looks like it should, but it is off just enough, so it won’t work.… the cost to ship back is almost what the part cost! Big waste of money.

I ordered a pedal for a Featherweight 221. Received a foot markd for a 222. Not sure if it is defective or the wrong part for a 221. It wouldn't fit. Returned it.

The three holes did not line up properly with the prongs so it would not work.

I bought this to replace the original foot pedal on my singer featherweight 221 sewing machine. When it arrived it appeared to be the correct plug. It woks great. I didn't review at first, but when I saw the negative review I decided to write this. I have been using it for 1 year without issue. Plan to order another one for my 301.
