We had a master lock box and some of the code buttons stopped working. We couldn’t get back in to get the keys out. With this box we love that you can easily get back into the box to recover the keys with a key should the combo stop working making it a quality lock box that is easy to use. It is quality made and was an easy installation but I did change out the installation screws for some longer and heavier grade screws.

I would say it’s a ok unit so far. I’m not sure if it will hold up for the long haul. Only had it installed for about a week and rain already got inside it. Keys were soaked. Some of the metal components on inside of the combo lock are already starting to rust.

A suivre.

Is it the the highest quality combo lock key box on the market? No. But it’s a decent quality one at a good value if you don’t require maximum security for your application. It feels and looks like a knock off of a brand name key box. Everything works as expected out of the box.

This is a very heavy duty box! The lock box itself is made of thick metal and doesn't seem easy to break or take apart. The number dials and key are covered by a thick plastic top to protect from weather, dust, etc. It flips downwards. The key turns in the slot smoothly. Once you take the key out, turn the keyhole like a knob and it will open. Alternatively, you can use the number dial. They turn easily and it was easy to unlock and set the password. It is also easy to reset the password using the key. It comes with screws and drywall anchors to put it on a wall. I will likely put it directly on a stud somewhere outside since I am using it as a spare key holder. It is much more secure than leaving a key under the mat, that's for sure! I like that it is waterproof and feels so durable. It does seem to be made well and of good quality materials.

Ever had that sinking feeling when you realize you've locked yourself out, and your spare key is... well, who knows where? I needed this for my offices. This lockbox is built from high-grade zinc alloys and heavy-duty steel, making it tough enough to withstand hammering, sawing, and prying. It's also weather and corrosion-resistant, so it can brave the elements without rusting away. The 4-digit combination code offers up to 10,000 possible combinations, adding an extra layer of security. Plus, it comes with a waterproof cover to keep the dials safe from rain or snow. One standout feature is the emergency key override—if you forget your code, you can still access your keys using the spare keys provided. Installation is straightforward, with all necessary tools and instructions included. The best part is the cover. The other popular versions of this kind of lock box have a rubber cover. Well, I had one, it was ripped off by strangers. This cover is built in and solid.Pros:Sturdy construction that resists tampering.Weatherproof design for outdoor use.Emergency key override for forgotten codes.Large capacity holds multiple keys or cards.Easy installation with provided tools.Cons:The emergency keys should be stored securely elsewhere, but no big deal.If you're looking for a reliable way to store spare keys securely, this is it! Just remember to store those emergency keys somewhere safe - and not inside the lockbox!

I ordered this because very often someone in my household will leave without their house key and someone else will lock the door.A few nights ago it was about 10 degrees and my son-in-law had left without his key and was locked out for several hours . He had came home late and the rest of us were sleeping. When I saw this J knew it was something my family could benefit from. Probably frequently enough to be embarrassing.A year and a half ago my daughter, her husband and their daughter moved in with my husband and I. We also had our two oldest grandsons living with us. My husband passed away in March. When he was living if we got locked out he always got us in one way or another. My son-in-law ended up waking his daughter up to get in. We all sleep pretty hard so he was lucky she woke up. I know if I get locked out I have no capabilities as far as getting myself back in here. I messed around with the lock and it’s really great and I’m so glad to have it.
