The locking thru-axle track is excellent. It secures the axle firmly, is easy to install, and provides reliable stability. Perfect for ensuring safe and smooth bike rides. Highly recommended!

UPDATE- within 6 months showing signs of deterioration. At 9 months, upper body shattered while clamping. Obviously too cheaply made. Make the investment in name brand (which I have some going on 3 yr old and are good as new) and save the hassle. With only 1 month of use, hard to say long term. Quality (fit of lock, overall alignment of parts) is a slight step down from name-brand, but price is more than a slight step down, making it seem like a good investment at this point.

The rack arrived and I used my own screws to fix to a wood rack inside my sequoia. The first time I used it, just clamped it (instructions are bad) when i got to the trailhead, removed it, and my axle would not go back in the hub. I had just driven an hour, so pounded the axle in with my shoe. Looking at it, the top and bottom parts do not appear to line up, so I bet this caused the problem. Sending it back, now i have to buy a new thru axle. if you get this, have an extra axle on hand.

I installed this in the back of my truck and on the third use, the top part cracked while closing the plastic handle. Fortunately it was while loading the bike so there was no damage. Sending this back and looking for a good one.
