Loctite epoxy quick set is a two-part adhesive consisting of an epoxy resin and a hardener. When mixed in equal volumes, the resin and hardener react to produce a tough, rigid, high strength bond in 5 min for most projects. Available in a convenient dual syringe which delivers equal parts of both components every time. Loctite Epoxy Quick Set can be used as an adhesive for a wide range of materials or as a versatile filler for gap filling, surface repairs and laminating. Loctite Epoxy quick set does not shrink and is resistant to water and most common solvents. It can be tinted with earth pigments, cement or sand for color matching. It can be sanded and drilled.

I had to repair a porcelain statue that had considerable weight to it and was not balanced well on its pedestal due to its design. I used this to epoxy to affix it back to the pedestal (metal bonding to porcelain). The bond is strong and hard. Before applying it, I experimented with the epoxy. it is important to dispense it from the chambers evenly and to stir it really really really well in the time frame you have to work with it before it hardens. Doing so ensures a strong, hard bond.

This is the best. I use it for building golf clubs. Never had a failure in over 25 years!

I have used this product for years!! great to repair a variety of materials together!!, sets up quickly, One has a 5 minute period to adjust pieces, then just leave to dry completely, easily dispenses out of a 2 tube part syringe!

I made pottery flowers and was looking to adhere them to a piece of acrylic. I found this glue and it worked perfect. Easy to use too!

As others have noted, this has a strong fish-type smell upon first application. However, the smell does go away within 24 hours.I had never used epoxy before, and I did not realize that this one, like most other epoxy applicators, requires you to ‘mix’ the two chemicals from the syringe in order to make work. Definitely recommend experimenting for your project before diving in.The epoxy dries relatively quick, and very strongly. I bought this initially for a wood project - the resulting epoxy PSI strength is stronger than any natural wood - but have quickly used it on landscaping stone and plastic.Very versatile, easy to use, and very strong.

Used this epoxy to repair a crack in a spa. Works well. It flowed just enough to fill the entire crack and set quickly enough to fill the gap without flowing out. A useful tip I received, which worked well: use wax paper to contain the epoxy as it sets. The wax paper pulls off easily and leaves a smooth surface.

I usually use gorilla glue 5 min epoxy. And I love it. But I wanted a cheaper alternative for crafting so I got this. Boy was I in for an unexpected surprise. I used it for the first time tonight and I’ll be going back to gorilla glue as soon as these are used up.ProsLonger working time then expected allowing me to mix larger batches and use before it became unworkable.Easy to use. Plunger it into or onto a surface, mix completely, apply. Basic stuff.Cons.IT STINKS! I could smell it In the area for a good 15 mins AFTER I finished my project. And the smell was gag worthy. The lid was a pain in the neck to get onto the tip the first time. After that it worked fine, but that did eat up some of the working time while fighting with it.Overall basic results seem to be the same as other epoxy but based on the smell alone I’ll pay more for gorilla moving forward.
