This long-slot toaster definitely packs a lot of features, and the touch screen with the LCD display is quite impressive for a toaster. However, its primary function – toasting evenly – is where it unfortunately falls short.**Pros:*** **Smart LCD Display with Countdown Timer:** The LCD screen is clear and easy to read, and the countdown timer is a genuinely useful feature that eliminates guesswork.* **Extra-Wide 1.5” Slots:** The wide slots are indeed great for accommodating various bread types like thick-cut slices and bagels.* **Multiple Toasting Functions:** The dedicated settings for Toast, Bagel, Defrost, Reheat, and Quick Toast offer versatility for different needs.* **6 Adjustable Shade Settings:** Having six browning levels allows for a good range of customization.* **Power Off Button:** The inclusion of a dedicated power-off button is a nice safety and energy-saving feature.* **Easy Cleaning and Compact Storage:** The slide-out crumb tray is convenient, and the under-base cord storage helps keep the countertop tidy. I bought this model because I wanted the long slice style with controls in the front. I didn't notice the lever itself is on the side.I like its looks and the digital display is cool but it toasts too dark even on the lowest setting, and it toasts unevenly.I need to look at the manual to see if it can be adjusted. I'm doubtful it can.It's attractive, cool even with the display, but not as well functioning as it could be. I will keep using it but will keep an eye on the toasting so I can pop up my toast manually.

My absolute favorite toaster I’ve ever bought.Worth the money, I like how you can pick what setting you want. The digital buttons are pretty cool. Super easy to use.

We just received this toaster, the description is misleading it doesn't have dual controls to toast two different things at the same time. Also it does not toast from the center only the outside, looks like the inside may just warm it but not toast. The instructions are garbage, not written in proper English and it doesn't tell you what the button symbols mean and even talks about a part that doesn't exist.
