This is one of the best toasters that I have ever owned. Every piece has come out perfectly toasted. One caveat. I like both sides of my bagel toasted. The bagel setting toasts just one side of the bagel and lets the other side of the slice just warm up. I now use the English muffin setting for my bagel and my husband uses the bagel setting. Win win, right?

This is the fourth Chinese manufactured toaster that we have purchsed in the past year. Its the first and only one that will toast a piece of bread evenly on both sides. We finlly do not have to turn the bread over manually to make it toast both sides of the bread evenly. Its a little more expensive than the others we oruchased but at least it works properly.

We absolutely love this toaster! We have four kids that use it on a daily basis and it’s very user-friendly for children. It toasts everything perfectly to our liking every time. Would definitely recommend it!

I bought this to replace my Breville toaster that, after years of use, seems to toast unevenly. This looked high tech and it said the price was reduced something like 60% so I ordered it. It does appear modern, but the construction, especially the thin metal felt cheap and I'm sure would dent if not handled correctly. So I returned it and am sticking with my heavy duty though less sexy looking breville.
