This is a good laser for beginners but do be warned it's much heavier than the old laser module so you need to adjust the rollers tension to level it out, but after set up it was good , plus it comes with homing switches and new harness and mounting hardware love the addition of homing on my Ray5.

Laser module is too heavy to be mounted in a ray5 5w frame it has a leans forward. The focus isn’t good on the module.
