I presume this will connect to a battery pack and in turn connect to the neo battery to give another charge while out. Or attach to a USB/3 pin plug to send a 240v charge to the battery.BUT it is also possible to just plug the Neo in to directly charge the battery and so this wasn’t actually required unless you want to get a second battery on charge whilst flying.
