Ok, so if you aren’t used to looping pliers, this might take you a little bit of practice to get comfortable with. I’ve made my loops by hand for years, and I definitely had to fiddle with this a little before I got the process down. You definitely have to get a good bend, like the instructions say. But you also have to fully finish squeezing after the loop is made to close it and create a nice, finished shape. It’s not hard, it just takes practice. You can see my perfect loop on the top of the photo, and the learning curve to get there below it! Lol! I used a variety of different wires and all had good results, even the rather rigid head pins I tried. There are 3 sizes on the looper, and the sizes are pretty versatile. The tool itself is well-made, lightweight and is easy to hold and grip.I’ve never owned one of these before and, honestly, never even knew they existed but I always struggled to get my loops consistent (I make resin keychains and jewelry) so these really are a game changer!

I think this works great when you get comfortable with using it. I have been making jewelry for years, and trying a new tool like this took me a moment to get used to. The price point is decent if you are looking for this specific tool. I think it is very easy to use once you are past the learning curve, and it cuts pretty well.

This takes some getting used to and you have to clean it up a bit by bending the part that was cut out of the way but it consistently makes identically sized loops while going easy on my hands. I don't know that it is for everyone but I can definitely incorporate it into my jewelry craft.

I love this product and still learning how to use it. I like the 3 settings on it. It is just finding the right location on the pin for the best results. So glad I have it. Very functional.

I make a lot of jewelry and my loopers are probably my most used tool. I like to be able to craft while selling at markets and didn't want to have to bring too much stuff. So when i saw this making my 3 favorite tool into one i had to try it out. Im not going to lie. I really wasn't sure it would work- it looks so much different from my other loopers. But it works great. They are super durable and well made. Im going to grab a few more so I always have one in my studio and my travel supplies

Product came defective. The cutting gap isn’t wide enough to put wire in it so the looper is USELESS! Wire won’t stay out to get bent. You should know that this tool, IF it worked properly wouldn’t help you put loop on a piece of jewelry that has beads because of the design of the tool. It’s good for making loops on empty wire by design. I think that is left out of the description.
