Initially there was an issue with their tracking system saying it was delivered even though I hadn’t received it but they use a 3rd party to get it to UPS (in my situation). I reached out to the seller and they informed me of this along with the correct tracking/delivery time (which was in par with what was expected at the time of order). Just received it a little earlier than expected and all I have to do is put on the drawer handles! No dings or anything. Arrived in great shape and am excited to put this to work and get better organized.

It arrived quickly, was packed well and had no damage. It's a lightweight metal but serves the purpose well and it's compact enough to fit where I wanted it to go. Overall very satisfied.

Received it dented, hard to open the bottom draw. Received replacement which was in worse shape than the original. More dented, lock didn’t lock, unable to use. Got disgusted but I should have asked for a credit. I would NOT recommend this cabinet at all.

J'ai acheté le classeur pour avoir trois gros tiroirs, ils m'ont envoyé deux gros tiroirs et un petit complément différent que sur la photo, très très déçu et en plus il est renforcé sur le côté pathétique comme situation

Draw back is when looking at item on line we thought it was 3 full drawers but not. top drawer is for keys, pens pencils etc. Also website did not explain that to hang file folders the rails are built in. It serves it purpose for home filing.
