Plugged it in and did not send signal to tv. Swapped TVs still didn’t work. Refunded it the next day.

Item worked for 1 week then data port would cut in and out. I returned the unit and was charged 50% restocking fee. I would have gladly taken a replacement unit but was not an option. Bad customer service!

It works as live view, even when you are not at home. However, HDD storage is dead and won't record anything. When I tried to contact support in app no one answered me. I tried two other HDD and turns out it's not HDD to blame, this NVR just cannot record anything and announce any HDD dead in like an hour or so.
