Full disclosure, I am using this to store my Hydrasynth 49 key synthesizer PSU and audio cables. This case fits like a glove!Build quality is stout, stitching looks good, and the materials feel high quality. The bottom half does not have foam so that you can fit your instrument in there, and the top is lined with eggshell foam to prevent any jostling. My particular synth has a decent thickness, and I wasn't worried about play. However, if you are concerned about the instrument shifting, there are excellent velcro straps that will hold your instrument in place.The shell is semi-rigid, and is similar to a hard case, but not as rigid. It will definitely take much more abuse than a standard soft case, while offering much more protection.The zippers feel great, and are of a high quality as well. There are carrying straps that are a seatbelt style in feel, and are sewn onto the case and have reinforced stitching.Overall, this is a very high quality carry case. The only thing that may improve it, is adding a pouch for cable storage, but I can address that on my own.Great case and I recommend it!
