As an owner of a janitorial business I needed something I could hold all my keys in and organize them. After a while of searching I found this item. It’s cool because it comes in a binder that zips closed. Everything came with a label to write on. It was easy to put together. And it has a nice clean appearance. It works great and it’s perfectly sized to have on the go

I'm a property manager and have so many keys to keep organized for properties! This is exactly what I needed to store them and keep them organized!!

poor quality and poor design.....keys don't lie flat, binder attachment breaks off the nubs so binder rings cannot be used. As many other reviewers said it's ok if you put the pages in a filing cabinet. Since I'm also a pet sitter I didn't want the bulk of a filing box/container. I had a binder I got from Staples 15 years ago and it was great - for 15 years. They don't have it any more. This File-A-Key broke in 3 monthsdon't buy it!!

I manage a couple of small apartment buildings (6 units) and this has made my life way easier than fumbling with key rings, etc. I think this was mentioned in other reviews and the binder itself is not much to speak of and in fact slightly cumbersome to close but the file pages are worth the money. I expect the binder will break or wear out eventually but I'll either get a new binder or just keep the file pages in a small portable filer. Although this seems a little pricey for some key organizing I don't think you can beat it's ease of organization.

This product is laughably cheap, and that is disappointing on a few levels. The concept is decent. They had to try hard to make a product this cheap. The 90 degree metal ends pull right off, and they were never going to stay on. The plastic falls apart between the binder rings and the page because it is made of 2 pieces of plastic. One drop of glue would alleviate the problem. The key holder pages are made of such a brittle plastic, I have to ask why? The more expensive plastic was 2 cent extra per part? Why did you make such a low quality product and ask for a price that says mediocre quality?

I like the insert pages. They make key organization a breeze. The binder part, not so much. I can't get it to close all the way and the zipper gets stuck behind the binder part, like I had read in another review. And the keys don't lay flat like the picture because they are only secured on one end. I'm a pet sitter and must carry keys with me all the time. I ended up buying a file box and putting the key pages in it. You can buy the key pages without the binder. I would recommend that.

The binder is a perfect tool to help keep a property manager organized. The ability to label the homes but maintain privacy is great!
