This is a well made, sturdy luggage rack that will easily stowaway until needed. All needed tools for assembly are provided. The top folds out to a full 24" x 15" and the fold up shelf is fully 16 1/2" deep.The directions are fairly easy to follow, HOWEVER, a critical point that was not highlighted in the instructions is to place part "O", capped nuts, on outside of the legs. If this is not done, the luggage rack cannot be folded up, because the protruding capped nuts prevent it. There is a diagram, but the orientation is unclear with regard to this part.I received an additional, but smaller, 2 part "T"s, plastic O-rings, which I used for the fold up shelf joints. These seem well suited for where I placed them and if they are truly part of the equipment, they need to be added to the instruction manual.Since this is a DIY project, making those directions crystal clear on the capped nuts placement (and the extra parts) would make this luggage rack a 5 star project!

I had these vintage suitcases full of old family photos and mementos piled up on each other in this corner. This luggage rack separates them so that they aren’t all getting crushed and therefore more easily accessible if need be. Really tidies up this space! So pleased!

It’s really important that you follow the instructions to the letter or you’ll end up with a hot unfunctioning mess. You cannot even flip the screws around. You may need the assistance of someone who’s good at envisioning assembling things if you yourself aren’t. Once assembled it’s a nice sturdy luggage rack with a great extra shelf at the bottom.
