I have chronic back pain which is probably from bad posture and stress so I wanted to try something for my office at work. This has been amazing for multiple reasons but the heat and support it provides has been wonderful. My office is also really cold so the heat seems to warm up my body serving in multiple ways!! It has also helped my back due to being so short and never sitting all the way back in the chair. I am considering ordering one for my home office for times when I work at home. I was surprised but the size fits perfectly in my chair which is pretty large and attaches easily with the clamps which are adjustable.

Can’t give more than 4 stars because it’s my first day using it but I have it on my office chair and like other reviews said it is a bit large but the vibrations feel great, has a few modes, don’t have to have the heat element on. Overall really happy with it
