Love this! I didn’t know there were pillows for slumber lumbar. What a difference it makes. Easy to travel with too. Just the right firmness and works excellent for side and back sleeping.

This little pillow does provide good lumbar support. My wife had a chair that bothered her back and she reports that this pillow eased her pain. However it does not have any mechanism for attachment, so it didn't stay in place. My wife ended up attaching an elastic band to keep it in place. This is an unheated product.

Very comfortable and helpful! Not too large to make sitting in your seat awkward, but not too small as to not be worth it. Soft cushion, but firm where it needs to be to assist in relieving some lower back pain. Well worth it!

This product isn’t comfortable. It also does not stay in place. When placed on a chair it keeps moving or falls over. The thickness is good and it would be great if you didn’t have to always reposition it every time you sit.

You can lay on your back or side and it works great! I wish I had this a year ago.

I'd rate this as a 3.5. I ordered this to use in my truck to give me lumbar support while driving, as the seat cushions I was using didn't provide any.It's a 4.5 for construction as it's very well made using what feels like high quality materials. It's a nice color and the internal foam cushion is very firm (but a bit thick) and portioning lots of support. The outer fabric is smooth and fairly strong. It's also removable so that it can be machine washed.There are two issues I have with it. The foam is a bit thick for my liking. Since it's quite firm, it's not as comfortable sitting in the seat as I had hoped. The foam stiffness is probably good to last over time, but it's rather uncomfortable in the car. The combination of the stiffness and thickness makes it awkward to sit.The biggest issue is that it doesn't have a strap to secure it to the seat. The material is fairly smooth and "slick", so, combined with the thickness of the pad, it gets knocked away easily each time I get into the seat. It takes some effort to get it back into the correct position, but it also slides around sometimes while driving.While this is a very well made pad, it probably might be better suited in a regular chair than a car (which might be on me), but still would benefit from a velcro type strap to hold it in place.

This is a very nice support pillow for my back. I use it on my couch every day and take it with me when I travel. Very versatile. But mostly I like it because it’s not big and can fit in my travel bag easily. I would recommend this purchase.
