Ordered two of the same item (200 qty 2.5x5x0.5 flat washers) and received one correct and one 3x6x0.5 flat washers. Already installed ~150 before I realized the sellers mistake. Both weee labeled as 2.5x5x.5. Fine quality overall just an irritating packing/shipping mistake.
