I put this in place for the wifi card in a Lenovo M710q tiny. I'm running Windows Server 2022 on it. As soon as I booted the machine, the adapter was found and the driver installed automatically. Didn't need to use the included driver CD. Mounted pretty easily in one of the pre-punched removable ports on the chassis. Only alteration I did was to use a hand nibbling tool to take a small extra bite out of the metal where the RJ45 clip sits.Review update 11/17/2024:I had ordered a second one of these to put in a second M710q. Worked perfectly there too. When Windows 2025 Server came out a little bit ago, I upgraded my systems. The OS included an out of the box driver that worked, but it didn't allow for tuning some of the finer advanced options. I downloaded the latest Windows 10/11 driver set from Realtek. On install it immediately matched the driver, and I have all the options I need. Great value.Side note for any M710q folks...The driver for the onboard I219V did NOT get found, and installing the Intel drivers didn't help. But, if you download Windows Update id ba34c224-af69-4304-b7b2-8247d0aa1853 from the windows catalog (or the newest Windows 11 version driver when you search the Catalog for the Hardware ID string) you will get a CAB file you can extract, then use that as your driver (hand select in the Wizard). Then select the I219LM (2). The one with the two in parenthesis will match up to the I219V perfectly even though it says LM.
