This handy little printer does a great job for it’s price range. The software does a good job at meeting my needs. The labels are nice and glossy, very professional appearing. The only wish I have is having an option for stronger adhesive. This does the job securely but is removable.

Waste of money and time. Do yourself a favor and buy the regular Dynamo label maker. I tried to print a label and after the first one I printed I couldn’t print another without buying a monthly subscription for $6.99 or yearly at $29.99. See the photo that never goes away and blocks half the screen while you are trying to edit. If it was a decent app I might consider, but this is so poorly done and the templates look like my 6yr old did it.

I was using this for more complicated labels than the average person and setting it up challenged me. The customer service was excellent, patient and detailed though and even a more technical job like mine ended up completely fulfilling my purpose. GREAT gizmo, great team. Often Amazon purchases have NO support but that's not the case here.

je l'ai acheter pour faire des étiquette pour la vente de bijoux mais ne marche pas avec le logiciel phomemo et il ne disent pas lors de l'achat ont na pas acces a toutes les fonctions et il n'y a pas de modele comme sur l'autres logiciel . je ne comprend pas pourquoi cette compagnie ne donne pas acces a leur application ont doit prendre l'autre logiciel . j'ai bien essayer de me connecter mais ca ne fonctionne pas . si javais le choix je la retournerais

I use this product for my business every single day and it has yet to fail me. User friendly and different templates available. Also you can buy different labels from other brands, the ones they provide with the machine are not the best.

Adjustable roll guides make using different sized label rolls a breeze. Print quality and speed are just right. The software, Print Master, works OK, but they use miserable popups which get in the way of using the printer. I'd give the printer 5 stars if they didn't jam the popups down your throat every time.I used the excel spreadsheet function to print mailing labels for the first time. It is a steep learning curve, but at the end, the labels came out great. There is a tutorial somewhere online which helped a little, but it still took quite a while to figure out what to do.

I bought a more expensive printer and it was impossible to use then I found this one and bought it ti make labels. I love it so much . Could use more templates but is very user friendly .

My first thermal label maker, so I was a dummy when it arrived yesterday. I had noted the very helpful information and tips in the customer reviews, combined with the simple, easy to follow enclosed instructions...I successfully printed my first labels like 5 minutes after opening the box. Very satisfied with print quality and ease of use. A rudimentary experience with any kind of word processing or desktop publishing program will make quick work of designing your labels using the Print Master app.
