For this review, I verified the threads these with a thread reference/measuring tool: The threads are accurate. The tool I use threads like a nut over the male threads. This screw slid easily into the proper female thread and rotated smoothly with no friction indicating a malformed thread. Visual inspection provided the same result. I did not measure specific dimensions of the machining of the thread, but it appears to be at a normal level Height, etc.) to provide a good mesh with the matching female thread. The hardness seems to be appropriate as far as I can tell to be a stainless steel - the finish certainly appears to be.Lastly, with all of the screws in the package being usable, I expect that the quality control or the manufacturing process is on point.

The machine quality of these M4 screws is excellent. One point to note though is that the washer and lock nut are not removable (at least not easily). There is a smooth shank at the head of the screw where the washer and lock nut sit, and the threads stick out slightly wider than the diameter of the hole for the washer and lock nut, keeping them in place. This is really handy when using all three components together; however, if your application requires an M4 machine screw only, without the lock nut/washer, then these screws will not suit your purpose.

This is a good quality Philips head screw with a built in washer and lock washer. The washer is not removable.. at least not without tools. Basically it won't fall apart.

All good quality and well marked on box with sizes, these little packs are perfect for various projects. The little boxes are also easy to store.

too expensive for what you get. I would say value is not the best. Your local hardware store will have them for way cheaper. I would say quality is decent. I counted them, and they were a 100 of them so that checked out. My main concern here is the price for them. I think it's too expensive compare to my local hardware store. Also, listing pictures are waaaaaaaay zooooooomed in, so be careful if you are a visual person. The screw real size is attached in the picture below.

Update (4/30/23): What's great about this offering is the flat and lock washer are captivated to the screw, which is helpful in my application (solar panel to bracket), as a flat washer is needed, and a lock washer is nice, but it's always challenging to get everything in place, and then get the nut on too (the nut side will need a washer too).Summary: Ordered a set of solar brackets and found they arrived without the hardware. So I ordered these M6-1.0 screws to attach the solar panels to the brackets. Also ordered the M8-1.25 stainless steel wing nut and wing-nut bolts to replace the missing fasteners, which hold the bracket arms together. As these will live outdoors, in both sun and rain, the stainless steel will be much more corrosion resistant than the low cost non-stainless hardware that is typically included.Observations: 304 grade stainless steel, actually all 300 series stainless is very corrosion resistant. For most outdoor products, either 300 or 400 series stainless will be sufficient for the average consumer. AOESIN has 180 listings, and most are either stainless or high strength (grade 10.9) alloy steel in black oxide coating, so I would consider them a specialty manufacturer of quality hardware.Recommendation: The per piece cost of these: M6 screws (0.30/count) and M8 screws (0.46/count), which is less than you'd normally pay at a local hardware store.
