Been using this stuff for over a decade. I use it as one of the final steps in restoring/polishing antique knives and straight razors for my side business. It's thick enough that you can even cut it with a bit of water to gain an extra level of shine if you're really going for an insane mirror finish. I also use it to polish the wife's antique silver dinning/serving trays and accessories. Whether proper sterling silver or plated, this is good enough to shine things up quick but gentle enough to not rub through the plating on plated items. A little goes a long way even without cutting it. This size container should last you close to a lifetime unless you're using it professionally.

Fabulous for gold jewelry not so much for silver jewelry. I tried on silver jewels and did not clean so I polished with Maas silver polish and rinsed in machine to rid the residue. Happy with results

I inherited my mother’s silver tea service and I also own a few pieces that I purchased for use in my catering business. All the pieces were literally black. I had tried EVERYTHING! While going through some old papers, I found the ad for MAAS metal polish that I had cut from a magazine years ago.All the pieces look new!!! It didn’t take nearly as much effort as I expected to remove the tarnish and polish the tray, coffee pot, tea pot, sugar bowl, cream pitcher, punch bowl, etc. There’s no foul odor. It really does work. It’s worth every penny!!!

Best polish available. The shine lasts longer than with any other cleaner.

For several years I’ve had two antique brass fruits adorn my mantle. I’ve loved the style but have wanted to remove the stubborn tarnish that has built up over many years. I tried using traditional metal polish but everything was much too thick and couldn’t adequately shine the product. With this polish from Maas it was a simple job, taking all of ten minutes to bring out the beauty in this antique brass, and restore the fruit to its original luster. I like this product for several reasons, namely:1. Optimal thickness - this polish is more like a heavy cream as opposed to a viscous semi-solid paste. It easily covers areas that are otherwise hard to fully coat.2. Pleasant scent - this polish from Maas does not have the unpleasant smell like the silver polish you may be accustomed to. It was actually very nice, floral, and completely inoffensive. You can use this product easily in your kitchen or laundry room with no after-odor or lingering smells.3. Fast results - with this product, there’s no need to wait for it to dry. Simply wipe it on, and buff it off. I used a paper towel to apply the initial coat. I used another paper towel to buff off the bulk of the tarnish. Just a few minutes was all that was required, super easy job - easiest polish I’ve ever worked with.Check out the picture I’ve shared - the results speak for themselves. If you are looking for a simple, easy to use polish and don’t want to spend your entire day endlessly buffing, try this! You won’t be disappointed, and your arms and hands will thank you!Hands-down the best polish you can buy!
