This item was the one that was recommended for my machine.The prongs do not match/line up. Unfortunately I did not try it before the available return date. So if you order this try it right away. I wasted my money.

I'm really disappointed in this product. The baffle is all scratched up and bent where it shouldn't be. The scrapers are the wrong size and shape and don't even fit in the baffle. The only thing that was ok is the bowl, but that is completely useless without the other parts.

The machine works fine. But the baffle broke already twice in less than 1 year.

This fits my old green Rev 2 machine perfectly. The pins broke off of my baffle. I really didn't need the extra bowl, but got the set as it was the same price as just a new baffle. Glad I got it and wish the design didn't make it so the pins broke so easily.

For several months now, I have been using a Chocovision Rev2 tempering machine to prepare chocolate for a range of bars, enrobed truffles and filled chocolates. Previously I had relied on methods such as the bain marie method and occasionally even (gasp) the microwave method. The Rev2 transformed my production process and gave me a waterless method of producing hundreds of chocolates in an evening however there were significant limitations.When you only have one bowl and baffle you are limited to working in just one shade of chocolate. This accessory kit offers a very simple solution to this issue. The contents are exactly the same as the items that you get with the machine including the bowl, baffle and scrapers and having a second set of these items means that you can quickly and easily switch between chocolate types. It also helps you to scale up your production volumes because you can start tempering your next batch even while you are busy filling moulds, dipping fruit or piping the chocolate into decorative patterns. A second consideration is that the scrapers do wear out with use and this kit provides a valuable pack to keep you in business for longer.I have tried to think of some negatives but I couldn't really find any. The set is after all the same as you get with the machine and so any problems that you may have with this kit are perhaps better described as issues with the design of the machine instead. To sum up, this accessory kit offers excellent value for money and frees you up to try lots of new techniques. Simply put it is an essential purchase for the serious Chocovision user.
