MADE IN griddle is very good quality carbon steel griddle used by many chefs around the world. I have used my griddle about a dozen times and it heats evenly and works responsively with two zone cooking. Cleans easily and is becoming more non stick and better with every use. I would recommend to people that can understand how to use a quality carbon steel products including proper cleaning and seasoning .Others might be fine with a Blackstone type product but not me. Happy Cooking !

Not exactly "non-stick" even with seasoning, cooks and leaves all sorts of stains behind and does not clean evenly
