For the price, and even if I had paid a lot more, this griddle is a great buy! I Was having a Difficult time finding a decent griddle to use on my new induction range that didn’t cost an arm and a leg. It heats very evenly and retains the heat well. Have used it for everything from fried eggs to searing meats. Cleans easily, I do not use the dishwasher. Very non stick! Definitely use the silicone handles, it gets hot!!!

I REALLY LIKE THE PAN, HEATS EVENLY AND COOKS GREAT, I'M NOT THRILLED WITH THE SILICONE HANDLES.. THEY GET HOT...

It works well on our induction stove top. I do wish it had some rubber pads on it so it didn’t slide around when cooking. Also, although it has rubber handle covers, they still get hot and you will need pot holders.
