Ordered this, and from the first use, the gasket on the cup came loose. I contacted the manufacturer as recommended by Amazon. Nutribullet said it was under warranty and they’d replace the part, but I had to pay shipping and tax. What? I have to pay? This was a brand new product, for which I had paid in full. I just wanted a working product! Nutribullet said this was a third party seller and they don’t guarantee those products. Did you not make money from this unit, and do you not stand by it! Uh, no. I returned it to Amazon ( thank you!) and bought another product. What a disappointment!

had an older one (2014 model) of these at the place I'm renting that died... first figured I'd "save" some money and go for a cheaper alternative as only used to make steak marinades & blend coffee - that piece of garbage wouldn't even chop up garlic & chili in the marinades!?!! so gladly returned and just pulled the trigger on this... satisfied. solid build, smooth operation. can feel the quality through-and-through.

Bullet worked as expected however I was disappointed that I didn't receive a cup cover in the event I had to travel with the cup.

The blender is great!!! This item is useful and effective, easy to clean and store, and you can press the container without having to supervise the machine. We love it. A must buy for all.

I bought the nutribullet for smoothies. I am very happy with it. Caution put no boiling liquids into the cups. That's how I broke the previous machine. It will not liquify the items you are putting into it. There will be some particulate matter. But everything is quick, and uses little space. If you want very liquified you need a Vitamix. The nutribullet I use for making dressings,and smoothies. It is quick convenient, can be put away so doesn't occupy counter space. With time cups chip and blades can rust. So dry the blades right away and don't leave soaking in the water for any length of time.

I just put my bullet back on the shelf. Made my dressing for daily salad.2 cups allow me to have just the right size I need. I am-plant base and make a lot of dressing and sauces.So happy that I finally order this.
