film broke at start up, taped back together and it broke again 5 times before giving up, bondo must be using cheap film and trying to pass off as correct thickness2-20-24 Had a the IT tech recheck the printer and found the three screws on the print head had backed out just enough to cause the head to grab the film. Reordering new film now.

Been using the Pronto for years, this ink set works and well and is easy to install, but it doesn't get the amount of badges it says it does.
