The MAGICYOYO V13 DEEPSPIN feels solid and performs smoothly right out of the box. It’s a dual-purpose yoyo that works well for both beginners and more advanced tricks. The bi-material design gives it a good weight and balance. Spins are stable and long, making tricks easier to learn and land. It's comfortable to hold and fun to use for extended sessions. Great for kids just starting out or leveling up their skills. The look is sleek, and the red and black combo stands out. It’s definitely more expensive than basic yoyos. But for those serious about improving, the quality makes the price worth it.

This v13 yoyo is extremely great. It reminds me of the v12, which is my fav. They nailed the design. Perfect weight perfect width and finger spin on the first try. 10/5 lol

Overall a nice, cheap yoyo. I think the box and all is fine and the yoyo seems pretty smooth. I do find that it wobbles a bit when thrown really hard though. Additionally I thought that the edges may help the yoyo but I think that the edges would likely need to be more weighted than the rest of the yoyo rather than lighter. It does help make you feel a bit more comfortable in that if you hit the floor you won't really see a major scratch like you may with just an aluminum edge. Absolutely love the colors along with a green string, looks great

This yoyo and the Z04 is really awesome. The Aurora (new) isn't the smoothest yoyo in the world, but it was a hell of a lot of fun, too, and quite different. This is the MYY we all love, smooth, decent price, etc. and etc. Buy this over Watieboo who blocked me for leaving an "average" review and went after me, seriously, that company copy and pastes our pros, real grimy stuff. Do not support them. Their yoyos are okay, however, you should notice very quickly their bimetals don't even stand up to MYY monometals from years ago.

At first glance, the price may seem expensive for a yo-yo, but this is actually a good-value entry into more serious/capable models where you can actually spend a lot more.Typically, yo-yos are either metal or plastic, with pros and cons to each. This is a more unique hybrid model that has a metal body whose weight makes it good for spin speed and balance, while the plastic around the edges makes it more comfortable to catch in the hand and less damaging to floors and limbs should things get away from you, heh. It also makes it far less prone to scratches and knicks on the edges, which happens very easily with metal yo-yos.The dual-material construction is also quite attractive-looking and makes for a good display piece for collectors, etc. I chose the black/green model and am a fan of the contrast and appearance it gives off.In use, the yo-yo works great. There is always a little bit of variability with the bearings from one yo-yo to another, but the spin speed on the stock bearing I got is excellent…fast, smooth, balanced, and doesn’t grab the string inadvertently until you mean to have it wind up. The style is designed well for finger spin tricks as well, with its deep sidewalls that aren’t grippy on the finger. The wide grooves are also great for catching the yo-yo with various string tricks. You get a welcome selection of accessories with this yo-yo that add to its value. A durable zippered storage case, a 12-pack of coloured string, a finger sock, and a bearing replacement kit with an unresponsive bearing for advanced tricks, as well as a couple of small instruction pamphlets that cover setup and basic use.Overall, this is a great way to get started with the hobby and includes everything you’re likely to need for a long time. You have a well-built and durable yo-yo, enough string for many replacements as they wear out, and as your skills improve, you can swap to the unresponsive bearing, which opens up a whole new world of more advanced tricks.

I was into yoyos when I was young, I was "ok" at it at best. These new modern yoyos are something else. I was hoping to rekindle the joy from some of my younger days with this yoyo. This yoyo can act in both modes, responsive, which will return with a tug and unresponsive, which require you to do a binding maneuver to get it to wind back onto the string. I'm just playing mostly with the responsive mode for now. Using the provided parts, you can swap out the bearing to get it to work in unresponsive mode. I still need to figure out how to get the yoyo to return.Anyway, everything seems good, it feels really well made, smoothly machined, with polycarbonate rings to prevent damage, and the modern butterfly shape makes it conducive to all kinds of tricks and the bearing will allows it to spin forever. This is a whole new world of yoyoing that I've never knew existed. Watching some videos on youtube, it's amazing how good some of these yoyo-ers are, it looks like magic. I don't even know all the lingo/terminology of all the trick moves.Anyway, as a beginner yoyo, I have no qualms or complaints. I got this one because it was explicitly stated it's good for beginners to learn with. If you see an old guy in the park fumbling with a yoyo, don't laugh. This is a quality yoyo, unlike the old classic yoyos, this feels like a precision tool. You get a nice case, and a set of strings, bearing switch tools. This is my first modern yoyo so I can't comment on this versus other competitors, and I probably will never get to a stage where I can nitpick one versus another, but if you are looking for a new challenge....this seems like a good buy to me.

This design is MagicYoyos best finger spin model, this is better for finger spin than all other models in their catalog. I love the design and how the inertia of the spin feels with the materials used in the construction. It spins super strong and it might be due to the 68 gram weight. The feel is fairly solid in play, but moves quickly. I think the yoyo could be a bit too heavy for long practice sessions for some player, but the weight brings added stability for new players and is very good for learning tricks and doing finger spins. I highly recommend this yoyo, it looks super good in the air when you're playing as well.

This is one of MagicYoYo’s best releases, even though all of their yoyos are pretty good. The V-series in particular seem to be getting better with every release. This one is focused on making finger spins (and tricks that involve finger spins, like the DNA) really easy. Usually it’s tough to make a great finger spin yoyo using only aluminum due to the extra center weight required in the cup to guide your finger into the dimple. But this yoyo solves that problem using plastic for the guide, so it doesn’t mess with the weight distribution as much as solid aluminum would. So you end up with a yoyo that’s very performance oriented, but still makes finger spins easy. And the dimple is large enough and shallow enough that you can finger spin it for more than a minute with a good strong throw and ensuring that it’s spinning on your fingernail to reduce friction. Because it can spin so long that way, you can bounce it from fingertip to fingertip with a little practice. If you’re careful, you can even do pull starts with it. It’s also great for finger grinds and the edge of the cup works for thumb grinds.

I had a yoyo when I was young but lost touch with it over the years. Picked this up to introduce my kids to it and see if they’d be interested — and honestly, if they lose interest, this one's going straight to my desk because it’s that good!I’m very impressed with the build quality and finishing. It’s well made, and you can immediately feel the focus on quality when you see and hold the product. The bi-material build offers a nice weight and balance, making it easy to control for both basic and trick shots. The included extras are a great value — 12 extra strings, a finger brace, and a bearing kit to swap between responsive and unresponsive setups. It’s responsive out of the box, but a quick bearing swap turns it into a trick-friendly unresponsive yoyo. The design is sharp with black and yellow rings that look really cool.Overall: An excellent yoyo set for the price. Whether you're a nostalgic adult like me or a beginner kid, this offers great value with quality you can feel. Highly recommended for anyone looking to learn, practice tricks, or just have some casual fun.
