If I could give Zero stars I would. The gloves a stink like a dead cow hide. the tanning is incredibly bad. The gloves will make your hands stink. I used them three times, had to give them up. DO NOT BUY!!

Actually these have an excellent fit I got them oversized but they really do fit comfortably not tight but they are extremely thick I can see using these like on gas pumps hard equipment their cut proof or at least cut majorly resistant but the hive is orange on them definitely would be something you could direct traffic with it's that bright but it doesn't interfere with the makeup of the glove itself because those have heavy duty stitching and majorly cut resistant fabric done all the way around it also lists as being burn resistant and pretty much everything else resistant but I'm not going to test it to find out. I'd rather do that by accident and find out that I still have a whole hand with five fingers on it left! :-)As far as warmth and materials it's not so heavy that you couldn't wear it on a normal day but it is heavy enough where these would be excellent to have in snow storms or in Clement weather where you have to do something to your car on the road or pick up some stuff or anything like that so they're very high quality which I wasn't quite expecting.

Handling broken glass from my efforts at picture framing, using a box cutter to break down boxes for recycling, or cutting slits in tennis balls for my mother’s walker, I have cut my hands and fingers enough to finally get smart and find some cut and puncture resistant gloves. Knowing little about Kevlar, how much of it in fabric was needed or what the rating system for cut or puncture resistance meant, I was happy to see the chart on the Amazon page for these gloves. It shows that the A5 ANSI Cut rating is mid-level, with ratings based on the grams of pressure needed to cut through the material. I still wasn’t sure A5 was enough. When the gloves arrived I tried some small experiments for cut and puncture (a problem occasionally with inserting or removing glazier's points that hold down the glass, mat, art and backing for a picture frame). I did NOT experiment with my hands in the glove and used a small blade to see what happened. As in the closeup in my photo, the blade did cut through the outer layer rather easily, leaving a small slit. But it did not go through the glove without substantial pressure. I also used the tip of the blade in an effort to puncture it. That did go through without much pressure. I also tried a cut with a sharp scissors. That barely penetrated or cut, leaving only a small pinch mark. So, these gloves will work fine for most of my needs. However, it does mean that “cut resistant” is NOT the same as “cut proof”! That bright orange “WATCH YOUR HANDS” warning on the back of each glove is clever and very important. My only concern is that these gloves are rather thick, so picking up very small, flat items is a bit difficult, as with trying to pick up a small glazier’s point. But as for handling the edge of a thicker piece of broken glass, they will work just fine.I was wondering why they were labeled as driver gloves, but it’s obvious when you put them on. The treatment of the goatskin leather on the fingers provides good grip on a steering wheel (I tried that too). The short amount of time I used the gloves means that I haven’t tested them for general comfort, an important consideration if you would have to wear them for a whole workday. As for fit, it is excellent. The sizing chart on the product page was accurate for me. You measure around the palm just below your fingers. Mine measured 11” so the 11XXL fit very well.Pros: Cut resistance seems good, about what I might expect for the sorts of materials I use; the Watch Your Hands label is a good warning; fit is excellent; price is comparable to other A5 glovesCons: A bit thick for handling small flat items but fine for larger sharp itemsAll-in-all, a very good product for my uses, but other kinds of materials, dangers, or comfort levels may require gloves with other ratings

I have a large hand. I am actually a 5x but these gloves work. They stretch enough to allow me to work and they have not split with excessive flexing.
