The ladder seems fine, we've had it installed since the day of delivery. Despite infrequently using our pool, the screws already pulled out and the ladder needs to be reinstalled. We will be reinstalling with longer screws.

We only used this ladder a couple weeks before it broke. While using, it was incredibly flimsy. The heaviest person to use it was 180 pounds, the weight limit is 250, and it would bow and wobble when he got in and out. I requested a return and they sent me a label that requires me to pay shipping, I called Amazon to see what could be done, because I wasn't paying to ship back their faulty product, I was told since it was from a seller and not Amazon, I had to reach out to the seller. Eventually Amazon told me if I shipped it back, they would reimburse me for shipping. I took it to UPS and it would cost $139.33 to ship it ground, more than the ladder cost. So, I didn't return it and reached back out to Amazon. They had the seller contact me, and they told me they already sent a label, I let them know that label requires me to pay shipping and they need to send another label where they pay shipping. I'm awaiting their response.

I installed this ladder on 6-24-23 and it was a little tough with one person but managed, It does not float around in the current when the pump is on. Once you get used to the little (very little) movement it does have, you will seem to ignore it! the rungs are sturdy and overall its a good ladder!

This ladder is a quick way to access your pool for a cheap fix. However don’t expect a ladder that will hold up to water moving in the pool or continuous use. As my ladder has shifted and constantly needs readjusted to keep somewhat usable. Would recommend to spend a little more money and get something better!

It seems to be another case of "you get what you pay for". It's not a bad ladder for the price, but it is really flimsy. I don't think it is mentioned on the site, but this ladder has a 250lb weight limit. That aside, it has worked exactly like I expected it should. I check in at 265 and I haven't broken it yet. The steel tubing is sturdy and the mounting flanges seem stronger than the rest of the plastic.

This ladder is beyond expectation. It was very easy to install, extremely sturdy, great priced, very durable . Fast shipping Had priced other ladders and this is by far the best deal....
