Necessity if you have an easy to use 4" grinder instead of the ubiquitous poor quality 4.5" grinders. Makita is an excellent tool that provides long service and their disks are of the same quality.

Very good quality with tight and dense abrasive construction. The set I received was made in Thailand and not Japan,if that makes any difference to you. The photo is wrong in that respect. Absolutely a fantastic value for very good quality grinding discs.
